What is mpNetWatchifIndex8?
This OID identifies (via ifIndex) the eighth port this watch entry is configured to place under admin control if all of the entry's watched network addresses become unreachable. Admins check this to know exactly which port would be forced down or up as a failover reaction to a watch failure.
