What is mpNetPingifIndex14?
This OID identifies (via ifIndex) the fourteenth port this ping entry is configured to place under admin control if ping fails against every one of the entry's destination addresses. Admins check this to know exactly which port would be forced down or up as a failover reaction to total ping loss.
