What Is MITEL-NAT-MIB?

MITEL-NAT-MIB is a Mitel Corporation proprietary MIB (enterprise OID 1027) configuring NAT session-lifetime parameters on Mitel IP telephony/networking equipment. Its group-interface table, keyed by address, records whether NAT is enabled for that interface and separate session-lifetime timers for UDP, TCP, TCP-FIN, TCP-RST, and ICMP ping traffic, alongside a row-status control. As a configuration MIB it lets an administrator tune NAT session-timeout values per protocol, which directly affects how long a NAT binding survives for VoIP signaling and media streams. It is deployed on Mitel IP telephony/networking equipment performing NAT. Engineers can download the MITEL-NAT-MIB file directly to load it into their MIB browser.
