What is mcmT1E1CsuCfgTxB7ZeroSuppress?
Enables or disables bit-7 zero suppression on a T1 interface (forcing bit 7 to a 1 when 8 consecutive zeros occur, per the object's own HELP text), defaulting to disabled; not used on E1 interfaces. An admin enables this only on older equipment/circuits that require ones-density enforcement via bit stuffing rather than B8ZS.
