What is mcmT1E1CsuCfgTrapEnable?
Enables or disables SNMP trap generation for this T1/E1 CSU interface, defaulting to enabled. An admin disables this on interfaces they don't want generating alarms, e.g. an unused or intentionally-down spare line.
