Description: The minimum battery level required to supply power on the loads after low battery condition turn off and restart on main return.
What is upsmgConfigMinRechargeLevel?
The minimum battery charge percentage required before the UPS will supply power to its loads again after a low-battery shutdown and subsequent utility power return. Prevents the UPS from re-energizing loads on a battery that hasn't recovered enough charge yet.
