What is mwQosVarsQosLoadBalanceOverflow?
This OID enables or disables allowing client associations to exceed the configured load-balancing station limits when no alternative AP is available. An admin enables this so clients still get connected during overflow situations, rather than being flatly rejected once a per-AP or per-BSSID cap is hit.
