Description: ETS operational state on port
What is mellanoxDCBPortETSOperState?
This read-only ProtocolStateType, indexed by ifIndex in the mellanoxDCBPortTable, reports the actual operational ETS state currently in effect on a specific port. Admins check this to confirm ETS bandwidth allocation is really running on that link, since the operational state can diverge from the administrative setting if DCBX negotiation with the peer fails. For example, an ETS admin state of enabled paired with an oper state that shows inactive would tell an admin the port failed to successfully negotiate ETS parameters with its link partner.
