Description: Global mode of UPnP. true(1) is to enable the functions of HTTPS and false(2) is to disable it.

What is me1200UpnpConfigGlobalsMode?

This is the global on/off switch for the device's UPnP feature: setting it to true(1) enables UPnP's advertising functions, which the source text somewhat unusually describes as enabling 'the functions of HTTPS,' and setting it to false(2) turns UPnP off entirely. An admin toggles this off in security-conscious deployments where they don't want the switch auto-advertising itself to UPnP control points on the LAN. For example, setting me1200UpnpConfigGlobalsMode to false(2) stops the switch from sending SSDP advertisement messages altogether, regardless of the TTL or advertising-duration settings configured elsewhere in this MIB.
