What is me1200PerfMonitorConfigGlobalsTransferIntervalMode?

Selects which set of completed PM intervals get sent on a transfer: all(1) sends every available interval, new(2) sends only intervals completed since the last transfer, and fixAmount(3) sends a fixed number of the most recent intervals (set via TransferFixedNumberOfInterval). It determines how much historical PM data each upload contains.
