This is the MSTI-specific Port Identifier priority (IEEE 802.1Q-2005 section 13.24.12) applied to a link-aggregation group, used as a tiebreaker among equal-cost aggregated paths for a given spanning-tree instance. An admin resolving a tie between two equal-cost LAGs for a specific MSTI would adjust this priority to favor one aggregate over the other.
