What is me1200MstpAggrParamsEnable?
This is the same xSTP-participation control as me1200MstpCistInterfaceParamEnable but applied to a link-aggregation (LAG) group rather than a physical port; when disabled, the aggregate's forwarding state simply follows MAC/link state. An admin with a LAG carrying only point-to-point traffic with no loop risk would disable spanning-tree control on the aggregate here.
