What is mSerTermServerIpTxBytes?

This read-only Unsigned32 counts the number of bytes transmitted on the IP interface side of a terminal server's serial-to-IP bridge. It gives an admin a volume measure of outbound network traffic generated from serial device data, useful for bandwidth accounting on radio links with limited capacity. For example, an admin monitoring a GE MDS radio's backhaul usage would track this counter to see how much IP bandwidth a connected SCADA RTU is consuming.
