What is mbgSCUMasterVal?

Reports which reference clock the SCU currently treats as master, as a numeric code: 0 means no master is selected and outputs are disabled, 1 means GPS clock 1 is master, and 2 means GPS clock 2 is master; an admin watches this to confirm the expected clock is driving outputs, especially after a failover.
