What is mbgLtCmdSetRefTime?
Sets the time of the reference clock and the LANTIME itself, as a UTC ISO8601 string such as 2006-08-23 16:05:30 or a number of seconds since 01/01/1970. Use it for initial time setting when no reference is available.
