What is replMasterFailed?
Reports the status of the directory-replication master named in replMasterName: rpl-Status-OK(1), rpl-Status-Failed(2), or rpl-Status-Unknown(3) when the state can't be determined. A transition away from OK is what triggers the replMasterFailurealert trap.
