Description: Default gateway's IP address.

What is sysIpConfigDefaultGatewayIpAddress?

This is the IP address of the default gateway the LX-10 uses to route SNMP trap messages, defaulting to 0.0.0.0. Admins configure this when trap clients live on a different IP network than the device's own host interfaces, so traps can still be routed out to them.
