Description: Enable/disable the managed node to use the LA and LB lead states to perform loopbaks.
What is faultDteLaLbLoopbackEnable?
This enables or disables the device's use of the LA/LB lead states to actually trigger loopbacks. Admins disable this if they want to ignore loopback requests signaled via the LA/LB leads, for example during normal operation when accidental lead toggling shouldn't disrupt the circuit.
