What is enetPortCardStatsExcessiveCollisions?

Per IEEE 802.3, this counts frames whose transmission ultimately failed due to excessive collisions. Admins treat a rising count here as a strong sign of severe Ethernet congestion or a duplex mismatch causing repeated transmission failures on the management port.
