What is configInverseMux?

This sets the master/slave relationship between two LX-10 units forming a point-to-point inverse-multiplexed link: primary or secondary. Admins designate one unit as primary and the other as secondary so the pair can properly coordinate their combined T1/E1 bandwidth.
