Description: Enable/disable AFA function.
What is configAfaStatus?
This enables or disables the Automatic Frequency Adjustment feature as a whole. Admins disable AFA if they'd rather manage T1 interface up/down decisions manually rather than have the device automatically take a noisy line out of service.
