What is configAfaDeactivationTime?

This sets, in minutes (15-30), how long the AFA deactivation BER threshold must be sustained before the device re-enables a previously disabled T1 interface. Admins tune this to control how long the line must stay clean before AFA trusts it enough to bring the interface back up.
