What is contCCState?
This controls what the controller does when a consistency check finds a mismatch: reportONLY(1) just logs it, while fixReport(2) also repairs the inconsistency. An admin doing routine data-integrity maintenance would typically choose fixReport so parity errors are corrected automatically.
