Description: Average rate of the connection (Mbps). Direction is from the low port to high port. This parameter is valid for the connection whose traffic type is CBR or VBR.
What is connPvcLowThroughput?
Sets the average rate, in Mbps, of traffic flowing from the low port to the high port; only meaningful for CBR or VBR connections, and ignored for UBR.
