Description: Average rate of the connection (Mbps). Direction is from the low port to high port. This parameter is valid for the connection whose traffic type is CBR or VBR.
What is connPvcLowThroughput?
Sets the average bandwidth in Mbps for traffic flowing from the low port to the high port; this field only matters when connPvcTrafficType is CBR or VBR, since UBR traffic has no guaranteed rate.
