Description: Average rate of the connection (Mbps). Direction is from the high port to low port. This parameter is valid for the connection whose traffic type is CBR or VBR.
What is connPvcHighThroughput?
Sets the average bandwidth in Mbps for traffic flowing from the high port back to the low port; like connPvcLowThroughput, it only applies when the connection's traffic type is CBR or VBR.
