This is the integer index value that uniquely identifies a row in the lmsEventFwdTable, i.e., a single trap-forwarding destination entry. SNMP managers use this index (obtained from nextFwdEntryIndex when creating a new entry) to address a specific forwarding destination's other attributes, such as its network address and community string. For example, fwdEntryIndex value 3 would identify the third configured trap-forwarding destination, whose address is found in the corresponding destinationNetAddr object.
