What is lldpV2Xdot1ConfigPortVlanTxEnable?
This read-write flag tells the local LLDP agent whether to include the IEEE 802.1 Port VLAN ID TLV in outgoing LLDP frames on a given port. An admin sets it to true(1) when neighboring switches need to learn this port's untagged/native VLAN via LLDP rather than manual configuration or CDP. It defaults to false and is restored from non-volatile storage after a reboot, so a port that was enabled for this TLV keeps advertising its PVID across restarts.
