What is envLED2Control?

Sets LED 2 to either direct manual control (value 0, driven by envLED2State) or automatic lighting based on a bitmask of alarm conditions, such as any digital input going true or a temperature/humidity sensor crossing a high or low limit, summed from the documented per-condition bit values. An administrator configures this so the LED lights automatically as a visual alarm indicator for a chosen set of conditions.
