Description: A TRAP may be associated with the State variable for Digital Input Number 7.

When envDigInput7TrapEnabled is set to true(1), a TRAP message will be generated when State is true(1). When envDigInput7TrapEnabled is set to false(2), a TRAP message will not be generated regardless of the value of State. TrapEnabled is stored in non-volatile memory.

What is envDigInput7TrapEnabled?

Controls whether a trap is generated when Digital Input Number 7's State becomes true(1); setting this to false(2) suppresses the trap regardless of State's value, and the setting is stored in non-volatile memory. An administrator disables trap generation on an input that isn't wired to anything yet, to avoid spurious alarm notifications.
