Description: The specified port is reset. This will interrupt traffic on all ports on the repeater ULA (not necessarily all ports on the card in a specified slot) while the reset is in progress.
What is ecsPortReset?
Resets the specified port; performing the reset interrupts traffic on every port sharing the same repeater ULA (not necessarily the whole card) for its duration, so it should be scheduled during a maintenance window.
