Description: Specifies the value to which the CRC error guage must fall before another crossing of the threshold results in a trap.
What is ecsCRCHysteresisValue?
Sets the value the CRC error-rate gauge must fall back down to before another crossing of ecsCRCThreshold will trigger a new trap, preventing a rate hovering right at the threshold from generating a flood of repeat traps.
