The stop date/time for absolute-mode DST, using only the year/month/day/hour/minute fields of a DateAndTime value, per its DESCRIPTION, mirroring juniSysClockDstAbsoluteStartTime for the end of the DST period. Only relevant when juniSysClockDstStatus is set to absolute(2).
