Description: This object represents the start time for absolute DST. Only the year, month, day, hour and minutes fields of the object are used. The other fields will be ignored for a Set operation and will return zeroes for a Get operation.
What is juniSysClockDstAbsoluteStartTime?
The start date/time for absolute-mode DST, using only the year/month/day/hour/minute fields of a DateAndTime value, per its DESCRIPTION, with other fields ignored on set and returned as zero on read. Only relevant when juniSysClockDstStatus is set to absolute(2).
