Description: Displays the estimated offset error of the system clock relative to the master clock in seconds. This variable can take on both positive and negative values; the value will be positive if the system clock is ahead of the master clock; the value will be negative if the system clock is behind the master clock. This offset value will be used by the internal NTP filter algorithm to adjust the system clock to correct any error it may have.

This object has been deprecated in favor of the juniNtpSysClockOffsetErrorNew object, which uses DisplayString for its SYNTAX.

What is juniNtpSysClockOffsetError?

A deprecated, signed-time-encoded reading of the system clock's estimated offset error relative to the master clock, in seconds, per its DESCRIPTION: positive if the local clock is ahead, negative if behind. Its DESCRIPTION explicitly points to juniNtpSysClockOffsetErrorNew (a DisplayString) as the replacement to use instead.
