The name of the access list controlling the "query-only" NTP access level on this router, per its DESCRIPTION, which allows only NTP control queries (not time requests) from a matching address. The most restrictive of the four access-group levels, useful for allowing monitoring tools to query NTP status without letting them draw time from the router.
