Description: The ignore magic number mismatch option of the PPP interface determines the action to be taken, when the peer has not negotiated any value yet sent null or invalid magic number in the LCP echo packets. The two actions that can be configured are: 1) Ignore the mismatch and retain connection 2) Disallow the mismatch and terminate connection

What is juniPppProfileIgnoreMagicNumberMismatch?

Controls what happens if a peer sends a null or invalid LCP magic number in echo packets after not negotiating one: enabled tolerates the mismatch and keeps the connection up, while disabled (the default) tears the connection down.
