Description: Magic number negotiated for the local side.
What is juniPppLinkStatusLocalMagicNumber?
This is the LCP magic number this side negotiated for loop and self-echo detection on the PPP link. Admins don't normally act on the raw value, but comparing it with juniPppLinkStatusRemoteMagicNumber confirms both ends completed LCP negotiation with distinct numbers rather than looping a signal back to itself. For example, identical local and remote magic numbers on a link is the classic signature of a misconfigured loopback.
