This object may be modified while the row is active. If so, the attachment is immediate.
What is juniPolicyIfInputPolicyId?
Obsolete field that attached an input policy to an interface by setting this to the policy's ID (0 to detach); changes applied immediately while the row was active. Superseded by juniPolicyIfAttachPolicyId in the newer juniPolicyIfAttachTable.
