Description: The minimum amount of time that must elapse between shortest-path-first recalculations.
Reducing this value can cause an immediate SPF recalulation if the new value is less than the current value of juniOspfSpfHoldTimeRemaining and other SPF-inducing protocol events have occurred.
What is juniOspfSpfHoldInterval?
The minimum number of seconds that must pass between successive SPF recalculations (1-5 seconds). Admins lower it for faster convergence after topology changes, though doing so can trigger an immediate recalculation if it undercuts the currently remaining hold time.
