What is juniL2tpSysConfigControlRetransmissions?

Deprecated read-write knob (2-7) that used to set how many times an unacknowledged L2TP control message is retransmitted before the control connection is declared down. It has been superseded by the separate juniL2tpSysConfigControlRetransmissionsEstablished and juniL2tpSysConfigControlRetransmissionsNotEstablished objects, which apply different retry counts depending on whether the tunnel is already established.
