For all other values of juniAtm1483ProfileSubscriberEncaps it returns an empty string.
What is juniAtm1483ProfileSubscriberName?
The subscriber name (or name prefix, if juniAtm1483ProfileSubscriberNamePrefix is enabled) used when the remote subscriber's identity can't be queried directly, such as in dynamic IPoA operation. An admin sets this so dynamically created IPoA subscriber sessions still get a meaningful identity for accounting/AAA purposes.
