What is rplOBitClearedUpwards?

Counts packets received with RPL's 'O' bit cleared that came from a node with a lower rank, an inconsistency defined in RFC 6550 Section 18.3.2. An admin treats a rising count here as evidence of a routing inconsistency in the upward path.
