What is rplDodagMaxRankIncrease?
Reports the maximum rank increase allowed for local repair in this DODAG; a value of 0 means local repair is disabled for this DODAG. An admin checks this to understand whether a given DODAG will attempt local repair before falling back to a full global repair.
