What is basicActiveLimit?
Caps how many boot/load/dump dialogs the server will run at the same time, mirroring the 'Maximum simultaneous requests:' setting on the device. An admin managing a busy PXE-style boot server would tune this (0-32) to balance throughput against network/CPU load during mass reboots.
