Reported the Neighbor Unreachability Detection state for a neighbor mapping: reachable(1), stale(2), delay(3) (waiting before probing), probe(4) (actively probing), invalid(5), or unknown(6). Obsolete, replaced by IP-MIB::ipNetToPhysicalState.
