What is ipv6IfNetToMediaLastUpdated?
This read-only timestamp indicates when a specific IPv6 neighbor address-to-media (MAC address) mapping entry was last updated or refreshed in the neighbor discovery cache. This information helps operators understand the age of cached neighbor information and determine if reachability may have changed. The value is relative to system uptime and resets to zero after a system restart.
