What is ipv6IfIcmpInParmProblems?

Counts ICMPv6 Parameter Problem messages received, indicating some remote node rejected a packet from this interface due to a malformed IPv6 header field. Obsoleted by IP-MIB::icmpMsgStatsInPkts, but still a useful signal of protocol-level packet construction issues on older gear.
