Description: The default policy for IPMS.
What is ipmsPolManDefaultPolicy?
This sets the default policy IPMS applies to multicast group membership when no explicit policy manager response has been received: permitted(1) allows the join by default, denied(2) blocks it by default. An admin sets this to denied for a stricter default-deny multicast access posture.
