Second trigger condition for dial backup activation, using the same choices as the first activator such as LOS(2), OOF(4), any(5), ES(6), SES(7), UAS(8), LOF(9), AIS(11) or BPV(12). Setting a second trigger lets the backup start on either of two different line problems.
